BAM- DanceAfrica 2011

Too focused on eating and sweating and people watching to capture all the amazing sights.
Even if I had more pics, you'd still be missing the sounds, smells and just all around good vibe.
I even bumped into another this here blog reader.

Now in its 34th year, BAM's DanceAfrica festival is a Memorial Day weekend tradition in Brooklyn, packed with dance, music, film, art, and community events from Africa and the diaspora—plus the one-and-only outdoor bazaar of African crafts, food, and fashion.

Fab ladies, fun energy

Trying to look cool. I was sweating bullets

OMG I LOVE the hair on those ladies in the 2nd photo. I'm going to cry if I see another blogger talk about the festival. So mad I missed it! =(
